The Authoring Suite
Demonstration versionMinimum system requirements
- Windows 95, 98 or NT
- IBM compatible 486SX
- 133MHz with 16MB RAM
- 10MB hard disk space free
The demonstration version is in two self-extracting files called stddemo.exe and teachdem.exe. To install double-click on the file names.
Stddemo.exe Teachdem.exe We suggest that you follow the program's recommendations and place the programs in the C:drive in the directory c:\programf\winwida which will be created for you. Follow the on-screen instructions to continue installation.
The Demo version will enable you to load a single Sample file supplied with each program that has been activated. You will also be able to create your own file to try out the authoring program, but this must be named Sample (DOS file name), too. It will overwrite the original files. If you choose another name the student program will not recognise it.
After installation click on either the student or teacher program icon within the group The Authoring Suite to start it up. We recommend that you try the student program first.
